Okemah Care Center is a 76-bed facility that provides long term care and skilled nursing care to our residents. We are conveniently located on Highway 27, with plenty of parking.

Food is one of the most important things to consider when looking for either short-term or long-term care. Menus are written and reviewed by our dieticians we also offer short order meals and the regular menu meals.
